General

Reports: Filter Summary, Quieter Notifications, Manage Columns on Results, Editable Saved Filters, and Auto-Cleanup:
You get a quieter, more efficient reporting experience in CloudRent. A compact filter summary now appears above results, and redundant queued/submitted/completed toasts are suppressed while error/failure toasts remain unchanged. You can Manage Columns directly on the results page—hiding applies instantly, showing triggers a re-run; Excel/PDF exports honor your current columns, and reports over 3,000 rows remain download-only. Saved reports let you edit non-date filters without losing the saved setup, date filters keep relative ranges (such as last 7 days), and previously viewed runs with the same name auto-clean from the list.

Maintenance Records: Full Audit History and View History Button:
You can now track a complete, time-stamped audit trail for maintenance records, including parts, fees, and events, with field-level changes and who made them. Open the Maintenance History report from a new View History button on the Enhanced Maintenance screen to see Type, Action, Changed By, Changed On (in your company timezone), and detailed changes; openings of enhanced maintenance are also logged. Heads up: Access is gated by the View Maintenance History role (admins have it by default) and hidden for users without it. This may require role/permission updates.

Enhanced Driver’s License Scanning Support
We have added support for the Zebra DS8178-SR in addition to the already supported Zebra DS9308.

Note that many other scanners sold in North America may work but are not guaranteed.

Received Recalculated visibility in the Transaction List

We added a "Received with Recalc" (Yes/No) column to all Transaction List variants and export formats. The transaction was recalculated at receive, it is “yes”. If it was received, keep original, it is “no”. A mix of recalc and keep-original still resolves to Yes.

Barcode Column on Serialized Stock Selection Modal

We added an optional column to serialized stock screens that displays each item's barcode. At send-out, rental counter staff can now scan a barcode to auto-assign the matching serialized item instead of searching for it manually. Manual search remains fully supported, so staff can continue to look up items by hand when scanning isn't an option (for example, when a number is written or engraved on the item rather than printed as a barcode). 

New Accounts Receivable Aging Report
We added a dedicated AR aging report for billing and finance staff to see who owes money and how much by age. The report includes configurable options for run date, aging method (service date or open contract), and net terms overrides, with full transparency into the filters applied at the time of the run.
