Reports icon
Essentials has many reports categorized into different sections to help you find the information you're looking for. To get here, click on the Reports icon found on the top navigation bar. You'll be able to access this screen.
If you don’t really know what you are looking for, you can use the Search Bar on the top right to narrow down the visible reports.
When you go into a report, you can add or specify criteria to only report on the data that's most important to you. The available criteria varies per report. To generate the report, at the bottom, click on the Run the Report option.
Once you've generated the report, you can also download it. You can download it into a CSV, Excel Spreadsheet, or Text File. You can also email the report to an individual or yourself.
With the last option, you can schedule the report. You'll be able to specify the frequently the report is generated, how it's generated, and the delivery method.
Favorite Reports
You can favorite your most used reports so that you can easily find the reports that you need. To do so, go into your favorite report and click on Favorite Report button.
After it's selected, you will be able to see the report at the top of the Reports Page.
If you would like to see information on any report hover over the information icon. If you would like to move it you can click on the directional arrows.
