The Workbench page is where you manage your transactions. You can click on any of the lines to modify or inquire on any of the transactions.
Press the New Transaction button in the Workbench toolbar to create a new rental transaction.
On the left of the Status column, there may be icons displayed. These will provide you with additional information for the contracts displayed. The Icon Key is located at the bottom of the Workbench page.
You also have a selection for the number of records. If you change this, it will hold your setting. This selector is in several parts of the program, not just the workbench.
If you would like to search by invoice number, prepend your search query with "i-" in the search bar. If you are using custom invoice numbers for your invoices, your search should still start with "i-" followed by your custom number.
Quick Filters
You can also use a set of predefined Quick Filters such as all open contracts, and all reservations. You can also set your own custom filters based on a number of criteria.
