Editing Price Sheets Per Transaction
1. To see your Price Sheets go to Pricing > Price Sheets.
2. Also make sure you have a default price sheet assigned. Check the Default Price Sheet option once the price sheet has been created.
3. From the transaction, click the rate amount for your line item and click Edit Price Sheet. You will now select the price sheet you want to apply to this item from the Price Sheet drop-down menu. Your default price sheet won’t show because you’re changing the price sheet from your default to a different one.
4. Once you select the price sheet you want to override the default one with, you will now see the current and new rates along with the difference amount.
5. Click Save and now you will see the new rate for this item on the transaction only.
