Attach documents to your Syrinx emails two ways: Use the traditional file search method, or drag and drop from any folder or your desktop straight to the email!

Signature updates

Create professional, branded HTML signatures and manage them on a company- and user-level basis. For configuration-level options, manage signatures in the General > Email tab. Adjust user-level options in User Options > Email.

Preview your emails before you send them

365 Email preview allows you to review your emails’ appearance, ensure attachments are included, and execute final adjustments before you actually send the email. To enable this, select the ‘Use 365 Preview’ checkbox in User Options > Email.

Preview batch invoicing emails, too!

All the preview functionality above, also for your batch invoices. Simply select 'Syrinx 365 - Preview' by going to User Options > Batch Invoices PDFs.

Organize Your Off-Hires

New Off-Hire Search Screen

Syrinx 365 now has a dedicated search screen for Off-Hires, offering comprehensive filtering and search capabilities, detailed columns (including a 'Notes' column displaying either the Off hire Note or Collection Note), and summary panels for Off Hire, Customer, Hire Items, Collections, and Mobile Jobs.

• Off-Hire Search Enhancement: Unconfirmed off-hires get sorted to the top, but you’ll also see confirmed and cancelled off-hires to get a clear overview of each off-hire’s current standing.

• Last Mobile Status of Off-Hires: We’ve added a Last Mobile Status column within the off-hire search interface, too. You’ll now get immediate access to the latest status of associated mobile jobs. 

• Global Search for Off-Hires: Global Search capabilities have been expanded to include direct searches by off-hire number. Now you can quickly locate your off-hires or contracts, regardless of their confirmation status.

✅ Integration of Photos in Mobile Work Item Documents

Photographs captured using the mobile application during a job will now be automatically included in printed or emailed work item documents from Driver / Workshop / Operator apps. Enable this: System Options > General > Android Apps (2) > Show Photos on Printed Job Notes.

✅ ‘Multiple Staff’ Search for Hire ContractsInstead of searching by each individual staff member, you can now select multiple staff members to filter your Hire Contracts, using the and/or filter on Search and Search Unconfirmed Contracts.

Web API Updates

• Purchase Invoice Posting is now in the Web API, enabling the direct posting of purchase invoices into the system.

  • Please note that at this time, cross-hire and transport invoices are not yet supported by this endpoint. 

• A new 'IsOnHire' field has been added to the GET Assets endpoint in the Web API. This field returns '0' if an asset is currently subject to a hire contract, simplifying the verification of asset hire status for third-party integrations.

• The GET Invoices and InvoiceLines endpoints in the Web API now include 'FromDate' and 'ToDate' fields for each invoice line. This provides third-party systems with access to invoice data with specific duration details for each invoiced item, offering a more comprehensive understanding of the billed period.
