Fix Access Runtime Error by Reinstalling Access Runtime 2010
If you experience an Access Runtime error in Syrinx, it is likely caused by a Microsoft update conflicting with Microsoft Access Runtime 2010. Because Runtime 2010 is no longer supported, the only available resolution is to uninstall and reinstall Access Runtime 2010.

Uninstall Access Runtime 2010
- Open Control Panel.
- Select Programs and Features.
- Find Microsoft Access Runtime 2010 in the list.
- Right-click and select Uninstall.
Reboot the PC
- Once Access Runtime 2010 is uninstalled, restart your computer.
- Log back into Windows before continuing.
Reinstall Access Runtime 2010
- Run the SPv4 Installer.
- If you do not have the installer, see the next section to download it.
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Log back into Syrinx
- Once installation is complete, open Syrinx.
- Log in with your normal credentials.
- The Access Runtime error should now be resolved.
