Off-Hire Search Now Displays Last Mobile Status:

Users can now view the most recent mobile job status directly within the Off-Hire Search interface. A "Last Mobile Status" column has been added, providing immediate access to the latest status of associated mobile jobs.

Streamlined Printing of Collection Notes:

Printing collection notes has been simplified for Full Off Hires. Users can now print collection notes directly from the main Off-Hire window via the 'Print' button, eliminating the need to navigate to the Collection tab. 

Note - if you have multiple collections on the full off hire then this will print the 1st collection note 

Integration of Photos in Mobile Work Item Documents:

Photographs captured using the mobile application during a job will now be automatically included in printed or emailed work item documents from Driver / Workshop / Operator apps. This enhancement aims to improve communication and clarity with customers.

Note this requires the System Option > General > Android Apps (2) > 'Show Photos on Printed Job Notes' to be enabled

Enhanced Pricing Agreements Search Functionality:

For Syrinx 365 users, the Pricing Agreements search has been augmented. A new 'Customer Count' column and a numeric filter have been added, allowing you to view or search which pricing agreements are set with multiple customers or indeed have no customers assigned to them.

Simplified Email Attachment Process:

Attaching documents to emails within Syrinx is now more efficient. Users can drag and drop documents, from the documents folder for example, directly into the Syrinx 365 email window, reducing the time required for attachment.

Flexible Payment Due Date Calculations for Intacct:

For Intacct customers, enhanced flexibility in payment term calculations has been introduced. Invoice due dates can now be defined with greater precision, based on either the invoice date plus a specified number of days or a set number of days from the end of the month, ensuring alignment with business practices.
