Customer search now reliably finds all customers
We fixed an issue where the customer search inside transactions would sometimes return no results for customers who definitely exist. Whether you start a new transaction from the + button or switch customers mid-transaction, the search now consistently looks across all customers and shows the right matches.
Require a Transaction Type before proceeding (configurable)
You can now require users to select a Transaction Type before creating or updating a transaction. This simple guardrail reduces mistakes, improves consistency, and keeps reporting clean.

Set up Transaction Type(s) (Configuration -> Configurable Dropdowns -> Transaction Types

Enable Configuration to Require transaction type to be set in order to send out a transaction

Configuration -> Company Configuration -> Tax and Payment Options -> Block Sendout (At least one transaction type must exist to enable this configuration). Be sure to save configurations after setting the checkbox.
