General

E-sign addendums for specific items:
You can now collect signatures on item-specific addendums as part of the e-sign flow. Configure the required document at the item or category level using the E-sign Document Bank; when a contract is sent for e-sign, those documents are automatically added and placed before existing contract-level additional terms—no manual per-contract selection needed. This works for both in-person and digital signatures and preserves current behavior for contracts without item-level documents

1. Set up the addendum 

   1. eSignatures -> Saved eSign Documents -> Upload Document

   2. Attach PDF and save

2. Associate the addendum with the item

   1. Inventory -> Select Item -> Scroll to bottom of page, select eSign Addendum and save.

3. The addendum will be applied to all future eSigns with the contract

Customers with Memberships report:
Run a reusable report that lists customers who have memberships, including each customer’s first and last name and the associated membership name. Where available, the report can also show a membership number from your configured field.
