- “Window of Opportunity” (Delivery Windows): You can now set up delivery and pickup times, not just an exact time, but time frames you define. You can then use them when doing transactions. You can also add those columns to the Daily Deliveries and Pickups Report
- “Value Add” (Partial Payments through Customers): Wouldn’t it be nice if customers would just pay what they owe? Unfortunately that doesn’t always happen. Now, partial contract payments may now be collected when taking payment through the Edit Customer screen
- “Back to the Drawing Board” (Pick List Enhancements): Can we please have signature lines on our picklist? Can we also have larger font sizes on the picklist? Yes, and Yes. There is a configuration option to print signature lines, and we have increased the font size on the items to make them easier to read.
- “Move the Needle” (Coupon Code character limit extended): You had to name your coupon codes very short before (10 characters). You could have FREESTUFF before. Now you can type until your fingers are tired and can have it say ILOVETOGIVEAWAYFREESTUFF
- “Off the Grid”: (Add your own icon for storefront maps). Instead of the generic one, you can now use your own.
- “Price Point” (Amount Tendered now highlighted): The "Amount Tendered" field on the payment screen will now highlight its entire contents when you tab to it.
- “Laser Focused” (Print Date/Time on Contracts): Your contracts will now show the date and time printed.
- “Customer Centric”: (Don’t allow customer deletion with open contracts): You guys LOVE to delete things. It’s always been our stance that you should deactivate, but since you get a measure of pleasure from deleting someone, it will now not allow it if the customer has open contracts.
- “It’s on the radar” (Enhanced searching when searching inventory): Inventory groupings are better defined to give easier visibility on what items need to be selected. We have also prioritized searches by proper order where name is always first.
