Salespersons
In people/employees, when you edit an employee you now have functionality to mark them as a salesperson
At the transaction level, you can then choose them as a salesperson on the contract.
Vendor Management
You now have the ability to add vendors, use them at the PO level, as well as import your own vendors and assign a vendor to each item.
In people/vendors, you can set up your own vendor(s). It will be very similar to the customer screen.
When you write a purchase order, those vendors are available to select. You can also add them through purchase orders and edit existing vendors.
You may also assign your vendors to each item if you wish for tracking where to order
You can import your own vendors through the data importer in Configuration using .csv or other excel formats
Exchange Item
If you have to switch items, you can simply click on the arrows
It will then bring up the list of stock to choose from again, Note: This also works for Variant items
Hide Component Items on Contract
After adding items with components to a transaction, you now have the ability to hide them on your screen to make things easier to read and cleaner. For example, this tent and its components. Your yard person still needs to see these items on the pick list, but on the screen they don’t hold the same value.
After you add them, check ‘Hide Kit Components’ and you will see this
The checkbox will be saved for this contract, and of course, you can check it if you need to see all the components again.
