Printing Contracts

You can print contracts from multiple locations.

 

From within a Transaction

Regardless of a transaction's status, you can print or reprint it. To do so, open a contract and press "Contact," located in the toolbar. 

If you select the dropdown, additional printing options are available. 

  • Contract - Use this option to print, email, or download the contract.

  • Picklist - Use this option to print a picklist of items. Please note that the item's bin/location must be entered in the inventory record. You can also sort items in the picklist by bin/location by going to Configuration icon > Company Configuration > Printing Options > Under Item Sorting, Item Field Sorting on Picklist. 

  • Print Labels - Use this option to print item labels. 

  • Ticket - Print this contract in a ticket format. Tickets can be printed on narrow paper.

  • Receipt - User this option to print/reprint a customer's receipt after a payment. 

  • Bill of Lading -  Use this option to provide a bill of lading to the company or person who is accepting the items.

 

Printing Invoices

Regardless of a transaction's status, you can print or reprint invoices. Invoices are different from printed contracts. Invoices are used for billing purposes. 

In a contract, on the left and under the contract totals, press Invoicing.  

When the Invoice window appears, press the eye icon to select the invoice you want to reprint. If no invoices are listed, you must create one.  For more information on creating an invoice, see our article Manual Invoices
