This article will show you how to set up your email configurations such as reply to email and default email messages per transaction status. Emails can be automatically set up using a generic email address. Here is how you can customize it to your business.

Set up Reply-To Email
From Configuration > Company Configuration > Email Options, you can enter a generic group email to which your customers can reply. You want to make sure this is an email that is checked frequently so you won’t miss any of your order changes or confirmations coming in.
You can also make sure the original email to your customers was sent by blind carbon copying yourself on emails that go out. This way you are certain that you sent the email and aren't second-guessing yourself.
You can also send friendly reminders to your customers a few days before their rental is due.
Instead of the customer receiving a generic email message, you can enter a more personal message for all of your rental due back reminders, orders, quotes, and reservations. For those "special" email notes, you can always change this verbiage from the contract and enter a one-time message that will appear in the body of the email only once and only for this one email.
1. Go to Configuration > Company Configuration.
2. Then click Email Options.
3. Switch from Standard Email Settings to Custom Email Settings.
4. Enter in your SMTP Email Settings in the designated box. If you do not know these settings, please reach out to your mail provider.
