What This Feature Does

POROne now supports Ready Tags for Essentials customers. Ready Tags allow staff to mark individual rental items as ready for use — confirming they have been inspected, cleaned, or otherwise prepared — directly within POROne. This enables Essentials customers to use Ready Tags in day-to-day operations without switching to a separate interface.

How It Works

When an Essentials user works with rental items in POROne, Ready Tags behave as follows:

• Tagging an item as ready: Staff can apply a Ready Tag to an item to indicate it has been prepared and is available for the next rental. The tag is visible on the item record within POROne.
• Clearing a Ready Tag: When an item goes out on a contract or is otherwise put back into circulation, the Ready Tag is cleared, reflecting that the item needs to be re-inspected before its next use.
• Visibility: Ready Tag status is displayed on item records so staff can quickly identify which items are prepared and which still need attention.
