- Provide Customer with a Receipt
Start a Quick Sale
Click Quick Sale from the top counter menu. Add the items to the sale.
If you want to attach the Quick Sale to the customer account, click on the Edit icon next to cash customer:
If you want to add any fees or discounts you can add them on the top right of the contract screen.
If the customer needs to add a PO#, you can add it above the contract number.
Click Collect Payment to the right and enter the amount the customer gives you. If they're paying by cash and they hand you more than what the total is, you will see the change due to give back to the customer for the difference.
Click Save and you’re done. Now the Quick Sale is complete, and the customer is out the door.
Provide Customer with a Receipt
Don’t forget to print the customer their receipt. You can even send the receipt to the customer via email, or SMS if you have that add on feature. To do this, click the Email Receipt option on the payment screen. Be sure to enter a valid email for the customer.
