This article provides a step-by-step guide on resetting a user's password through the system's configuration menu. It explains how to navigate to the 'Users' section, select a user, and update their password securely.

1. Switch into configuration by selecting the user icon with the cog and then pressing the ‘Menu Select’ switch.
   
   
   

2. Navigate to ‘Users’ from the left hand menu and select ‘Logins’ under ‘Web API‘
   
   
   

3. Select the user that you want to reset the password for and select ‘Show Detail’
   
   
   

4. Select the ‘Reset Password’ button
   
   
   

5. Enter a new password for the user and select ‘OK’
   

6. You have now reset this user’s password.
