A new system option, "Show Operator hours on timesheet entry?" has been added to the "Timesheets tab" of Syrinx SP Configuration\System Options\Operated Hires. When enabled, the "Enter Timesheet" screen will display a new "Op. Hrs" column which can be used to record the actual time that the operator worked or was on-site for cases where the user may wish to record a different hour amount against each day than what will be billed to the customer (e.g. for internal payroll/reporting purposes): If the hours held against timesheet days are auto-populated by virtue of the hours being added through the operator app, operator shifts or defaulting a contract to specific timesheet hours per day, this new field will be defaulted to the auto-populated "Total Hours" value but will then not be updated should a user manually update that "Total Hrs" value. |

Users can define "Default Prefix" values to be used for all new customer and supplier accounts on the "Accounts" tab of Syrinx SP Configuration\System Options\Accounts: These new fields are only enabled when values have been entered in the corresponding "Account No Suffix Length:" fields. These new default prefix values are also restricted to a maximum of 5 characters and are forced to upper case. With these new options enabled, the user will be issued with the following prompt when creating new customer or supplier records: The subsequent "Enter New Account Customer" (or Supplier) screen will then be populated with the suggested value if the user presses "Yes" or with just the default prefix value if the user presses "No". The user can then override the pre-populated account number value if they so choose. |

A Vat Summary box will always be displayed on the printed invoice if the invoice includes any DRC tax codes. 3.) The Vat Total and Invoice Total values will not include any DRC VAT amounts. The "Cost" button on Hire Contracts and Advice Notes will also not include DRC amounts in its VAT and Total values. |

Users are now able to view in bulk the status of Esign documents via a new "Esign Status" menu option on the CRM tab of Syrinx: After clicking the menu option, the user is able to enter criteria to determine what documents are returned to the "Esign Status" screen: *The "Date From" and "Date To" values are mandatory. Android Apps
The Driver and Workshop Apps will now display the number of required photos for specific hire items. The Driver App will display a counter on the camera icon when viewing an item's details which will then reduce in value as the user takes photos of the item: The Workshop App will simply display a note detailing the photo requirement on the "Photos" slide of the mobile workshop job: |
A new option, "Required Photos Mandatory?" has been added to the "Misc" tab of "Mobile Task Type" entries in Syrinx SP Configuration\General\Mobile Task Types: When disabled, any mandatory photo requirements for items on that type of mobile job will not be enforced. For example, a user may wish to disable the option on Load/Unload jobs so that Driver App users are not required to take equipment photos when completing that type of job. The setting will be enabled against all job types by default. |
Non-Accessory items will now be highlighted in bold on the "Job Summary" slide and in Red on the "Item List" slide of Driver App jobs so that driver has better visibility of the "main" items being delivered:

SyrinxWebApi
A new "Changes Since" date parameter has been added to the Asset GET endpoint which will outptut asset records where one of the audited fields (e.g. Reg No., Serial No., etc.) on the stock item record has been updated on or after the parameter value. |
An “OperatedShifts” GET endpoint has been added that will enable customers to extract operator shift information from the Syrinx database. The endpoint has a required daterange parameter and optional parameters for operator shortname or internal id. |
A “Timesheets” POST endpoint has been added to enable the creation of operated time sheets. For non-shift contracts, the overtime rates are calculated automatically based on the operated charge template, so O1->4_Hours should not be populated (and will be ignored). If any of the overtime rates are non-working (e.g. standing time) or the contract is shift based, then the value provided will be used. There is a check for the user privilege "Prv.Admin.Enter Duplicate Timesheet Hours" so dependent on the Syrinx/SQL user the API is using, this privilege will control if the API blocks duplicate TS entry or not. |
A “DriverJobs” POST endpoint has been added to allow for the creation of Scheduled delivery and collections in the Driver Scheduler. All job types are supported except for Misc (daybook entries). |
The GET Invoices endpoint has been updated to include two new additional fields, "TaxAmountDRC" and "TaxRateDRC", which will both output 0 for invoice lines linked to a Domestic Reverse Charge VAT code when the new "Don't Transfer DRC Tax Amount" option is enabled. If the option is not enabled, those two new fields will output the same information as the existing "TaxAmount" and "TaxRate" fields. |
