Unverified Transactions

Unverified Transactions are automatically created in Elite when customers submit quotes through Storefront, and they don’t require manual importing. You can find them via system notifications or by selecting the Unverified Transactions view in the Contract Search screen. After reviewing and completing any missing details, you can convert the transaction into a reservation and verify it—at which point it will be removed from the Unverified view.
