Email your request with as much of an explanation as possible - ideally by finding the closest possible report and marking it up, then sending a photo or screenshot of what you're looking for. We'll investigate further to see if we've got something that meets your needs already, or we'll work with you to create your custom report. Billing will be discussed for consulting and R&D fees if it looks like it'll require a lot of time to develop this report and it's really specific to your business (unlikely to be used by others).
