General Releases
Workbench: We enhanced the workbench to show event dates and the contract start and end dates.
Bugfix: We fixed a defect in which Return for Refund was not returning all items in a kit, resulting in the unreturned item being locked in an 'Out' state.
Bugfix: We fixed a defect in which a custom damage waiver text longer than 50 characters would prevent adding items with damage waiver to a contract. You may now use longer damage waiver names without issue.
Storefront Releases
We recommend reading these and understanding the impact before updating. These features may require adjustments to security or configuration and may have implications for your operations or current workflows.
All Storefront Releases
Custom Questions: We changed to custom questions specifically for question type “Customer,” which was failing when using guest checkout. They will now appear.
Storefront 2.0 Releases
Retail Items: We removed the text “For your selected dates” on retail items since availability is not based on time but on inventory.
Front End Custom Menu: We added options to the Slider feature in the Front End Custom Menu section, including two other transition options: Fade (which will be the most popular) and Cover Flow. These enhancements allow you to customize your site even further!
HTML Text Editor: We tweaked some functionality in the HTML text editor to make it more usable in the WYSIWYG mode and more powerful in the HTML mode. You now have more control over your text position, font size, and color. This will give you more control over the text of your site as it applies to all text entry fields.
Dark Mode: Storefront 2.0 is now compatible with dark mode, which offers another view option. However, for your site to look its best, all of your product images should be PNG graphics with a transparent background. Without PNG images, your product images will look poor on screen, with white backgrounds against the black background.
Bugfix: We fixed an issue with the coupon code entry and the coupon discount display.
