AI | Product Details Supercharger - This allows you to save time and obtain high-quality item descriptions for your inventory. Great descriptions improve the storefront experience for your consumers and help SEO. They also make it easy for your employees to speak knowledgeably with customers. Let AI do the work for you! Follow the video and steps below to learn how to use it.

1. Navigate to Inventory -> Inventory Detail for an Item (Pencil Icon) -> “Supercharged Auto Complete” Button.
2. Enter the suggested fields. More information will generally yield better results.
3. Click “Generate Product Details”
4. To adjust the starting data and run again, click “Change Settings”
5. Once you are pleased, click “Supercharge Your Data” and acknowledge the disclaimer, basically, “Review the results; you are still responsible for the details”
6. You may edit or remove the responses on the item details page. Be sure to save the Item record to accept the edits you have made!

AI | Product Details Supercharger Pro Tips

• Equipment and Items with a specific make and model: We recommend entering a model name and number for the equipment.
• Event or other cases that don’t have an exact model name and number: In the “Example Model Name” and “Example Model Number” fields, you may enter descriptors such as size, e.g. 60” round, color, and anything else about the item.

Contract QuickSearch - Allows navigating directly to a transaction from the header without first going to the workbench or dashboard. Click "QuickSearch". Enter PO #, Contract #, or TransactionID. Enter. The contract will load if there is a unique match. If there are multiple matches the options will be shown to select (e.g. if you search on a PO # which is used on two contracts).

• Fix for UI pagination flashing caused by trickle-fill queries. Item photo URL flickering fixed.
