Store Configuration

This article explains how to set up Store Configuration in your Essentials software.

 

  1. Go to Accounting > Credit Card Processing.

  2. In the PaymentApp modal, select Store Configuration.

  3. Choose the store location you want to set up. (If the company only has one store, there will only be one option.)

  4. Select the merchant to assign to that store location.

  5. To access the store's configurations, click the blue cogwheel icon on the right.

       
  6. From here, you can assign your 'In Store Merchant,’ 'Online Merchant,' and 'ACH Merchant.'

       
  7. Save configurations, and the customer should be able to take payments without receiving an error.
