Customer Reset Password
This article will show you how to reset your customer's password if you have the storefront option and the customer has already created an account from the storefront.

Forgot Password
Customers can click the Forgot Password button on the login screen and follow the instructions in our Forgot Password instructions on the site.
Admin Reset
An admin can also reset your customer's password for them by going to People > Customers.
1. From here, click the edit icon next to the customer's name.
2. To your right, you will see a Reset Password button which you will click to reset the customer's password.
3. Enter and confirm their new password.
4. Checking the Notify Customer box will send the customer an email notifying them of their new password along with their current username. Don't forget to click Reset Password.
