*The counter person will only be able to add a line item discount if the item is marked to allow discounts within the item’s basic information screen.
**The counter person can refund or add a fee as long as items have not been received AND full payment has not been taken. If both exist, then only the Admin can refund or add a fee.
***The Counter - No Payment role will not be allowed to collect payments and/or issue refunds.
