Creating New Users in 365 Cloud
This article explains how to create a new global user in Syrinx 365 Cloud. It covers navigating to the Configuration section, entering user details such as email, display name, and depot, and assigning role permissions. It also notes how users can set their own password using the "Forgot Password" option upon first login.
- First, go to Configuration. Use the settings icon to access it. Then, switch from Main to Config.
2. From here, click the User button. Then, you may need to click the blue Search button to bring up a list of users.
3. Next, click the CREATE GLOBAL USER button.
4. The email address box will appear, along with the Display Name and the Depot you’ll be associating the user with.
5. Next, in the tab Role Access, select which role permissions you will need and click Save.
6. When you login for the first time you can use the Forgot Password to reset the password to your own unique password.
