| Distinct Option for Capture Card Details when Using POR Pay - Customers who have the "Save Card Details?" option enabled for POR Pay will be shown a new "Capture Card" option on the Take Payment screen to give the user a choice between taking the payment or capturing the card details (i.e. pre-authorising the card for future payments): Card/Token details are now only captured when using "Capture Card" whereas this would have happened automatically in previous versions. This does NOT take a payment, but if the card is approved, the details will be recorded as a "Saved Card” entry against the customer's record and can then be used for future "Auto Payment (Token)" payments. The audit log on the customer record will also now record when a card is captured and a new "Saved Card" entry is created for the customer. Once the details of a card are captured and saved the use will be returned to the "Take Payment" screen and can then use "Auto Payment (Token)" to enter a payment using those saved card details. |
| Stock Item Tracking ID Extended to 30 Characters - Users can now enter 30 character "Tracking ID" values against hire stock item records for integration with an AEMP API. This value was previously limited to 20 characters. |
| Use Time Element with ChangesSince Parameter on GET endpoints - A time value can now be supplied with a date with using the "ChangesSince" parameter on any of the GET endpoints that offer that specific criteria option. |
| How Heard Added to GET AdviceNotes Endpoint - The "How Heard?" value set on the "Details" tab of the Enter Advice Note screen will now be output with the advice note via the GET AdviceNotes endpoint of SyrinxWebApi. |
| Fields Added to PurchaseReceipts GET Endpoint - The PurchaseReceipts GET Endpoint will now output the following additional values for purchase receipt lines: qtyOutstanding qtyRejected rejectedReason supplierStockNo orderLineSequence |
| GET PurchaseReceipts Endpoint Will no Longer Output Unconfirmed Receipts - The SyrinxWebApi GET PurchaseReceipts endpoint will no longer output unconfirmed receipts as these have effectively been cancelled before being confirmed at the point of entry and will never be reused or confirmed in the system. |
| Ability to POST What3Words Values to Customer/Supplier Addresses - It is now possible to set or update What3Words values on the customer or supplier sites via the Customers, Customers/Sites and Suppliers POST endpoints. |
| GET Depreciation endpoint - A new GET Depreciation endpoint has been added to SyrinxWebApi that will allow an api consumer to output depreciation posting entries that require posting to an accounts package. |
| POST Depreciation/MarkAsPosted Endpoint - A new POST Depreciation/MarkAsPosted endpoint has been added to SyrinxWebApi that will allow an api consumer to mark all depreciation posting entries as posted once they had been extracted from the new GET Depreciation endpoint. This endpoint has no parameters and will simply mark all entries as posted that were in a "requires posting" state. |
| POST UpdateCustomerBalances Endpoint – A new POST UpdateCustomerBalances endpoint has been added to SyrinxWebApi that will allow an API consumer to update the balance, credit limit and on hold status for account customer records. The customer account number and on hold status must be supplied with the payload. If multiple customers have the same account number, they will all be updated with the data in the api payload. |
