Overview: This guide is designed to help you with processing a workshop job.

Jobs can be processed for several reasons, i.e., scheduled services, breakdowns, routine inspections, renewing risk assessments, rego, etc.

In the Workshop tab, in the Fleet Jobs section of the ribbon, select Process Job. Enter the Fleet/Stock Number and, from the dropdown menu, the type of job you are going to carry out. Complete the details of the work which needs to be done to the equipment. If the equipment is in the yard, the Customer field can be left blank.

The job can now be allocated to a serviceman on the Workshop App or it can be completed in Syrinx. If completed in Syrinx, the tabs and fields within those tabs will need to be completed.

Once all the relevant fields have been populated, click Confirm Job As Completed. It is important to note that once a job has been completed, no additional items or hours can be allocated to it.
