QuikLink Overview | Syrinx
This article covers QuikLink. With QuikLink, your customers (the consumers) can view and take action on their hire contracts, such as reporting a breakdown or requesting an off-hire. They'll also be able to view item information and send related documents to themselves or other members on their team.
- Navigate to Email client.
- Open QuikLink email
- Open the link labeled "Click Here to Review Your Order."
- Once QuikLink opens, you'll be presented with the items on hire for one contract (without having to log in). This will provide your consumer with information pertinent to their hire. For Phase I, that includes:

- If you click on an item name (Interceptor Breaker Bay), you will be given the option to Request an Off-Hire, Report a Breakdown, or Send Documents to an operator. You can press the "X" in the top-right corner to exit.
- Returning to the line items, you'll notice a Column labeled Documents. If you click on it, the following will be presented.

This item has all three key documents available. Click on each one to view them. You can send them to an operator by pressing the "Send Documents" button.
Please note that the store can remove certificate access from the Admin Panel within Syrinx.- There may be instances when all the documents may not be available. Available documents will be bolded. For example, the item below only has an inspection certificate, so the button is in bold, enabling you to view this document upon clicking.

- To send the documents, enter the operator's email and click 'Send.'
