POR Pay Retry PENDING transactions
In some scenarios, the status returned to Syrinx from POR Pay was Pending. We would record that, but then, at some point, Stripe would be updated to Successful or Failed. This meant a mismatch between Syrinx and Stripe. If the transaction is taking longer than expected and Syrinx has the Pending status then the user will be asked to Retry which will wait for up to 30 seconds to see if there is an update of the status from POR Pay, at this point the user will be asked if they want to Retry or Void the transaction, clicking Retry will go through the cycle again for up to 30 seconds, clicking Void will attempt to Void the transaction.
Please note, this is an update in Syrinx and requires an upgrade to v5.7.3 for this new function. Please contact support to organise how to upgrade
Add Column and filter to Search Fleet Item
A new column and filter for 'Date Available' have been added to Search Fleet Item. This can be used to display the date in the data grid and refine the data returned by using the date filters.
Add 'Unconfirmed' status to filter in Search Hire Contract
The status of 'Unconfirmed' has been added to the 'Status' filter on Search Hire Contracts. The unconfirmed hire contracts were added to the search screen a while ago, but now you can use the status filter to include/exclude them along with the other statuses.
Updates to Search Hire Contract
A new column and filter have been added for 'Off Hire Date’, this is the actual off hire date of the contract and is positioned in the column list next to Planned Off Hire Date, which existed already.
A new column and filter have been added for 'Raised By’, which will display the user that created the contract and is positioned in the column list next to the Raised Dat.e
New columns have been added for 'Hire Rate' & 'Hire Period’, these will display the relevant period and rate from the contract of the 1st hire item on the contract.
Change 'Order By' on Search Contracts
The default order on Search Hire Contracts will be by the latest contract number first on the grid, so you can see the newest work at the top of the data.
Note that this works if the 'Return Sorted Search Data' is set within Search Options for a user.
Allow WS to be able to email using Oauth2
Supporting registered global users of OAuth2 for Google/Microsoft emails has been extended to support SyrinxWS. WS will allow you to pick an existing registered OAuth user in Configuration.
Item 'Supercharger'
An option has been added to generate more detail on items within Syrinx. This will use AI and ChatGPT to generate information like a Short Description, a Long Description, Images, and Specifications.
You can preview the results after you click the generate button and choose what you want to save to the database, for example, you might get 3 x images returned and you only want to select images 1 and 3.
This information will be saved to the 'Supercharger' tab against the item.
The requirement is that there is a Make and Model against the item, as this is what AI will use to generate the information.
Parent Items to set Child Items collection status and qty when being set as Collected
When raising a Collection against a Partial Off Hire and selecting a parent item that has inclusions against it on the contract, then the included items will be selected and the qtys will be set accordingly for collection
