Details Tab - Item Record
You can enter sell price, damage waiver, retail prices, road tax, deposit, fuel, price levels, item rates.
Status - Displays whether an item is available, reserved, unavailable, down for repair, on an IMO or ISO or on order.
Rates:
Sell Price – If the items are set as a Sales item, then you would enter a selling price if the item is sold
Retail Price – The total price charged for a product sold to a customer, which includes the manufacturer's cost plus a retail markup.
Deposits – Entering an amount in this field will require a deposit to be entered in the deposit field on the contract when the item is entered
Damage Wvr: This allows you to charge a percentage of the rental to cover the cost of damaged equipment while on rent. This is a percentage field, when an amount is entered, it will take a percentage of the rental and add to the damage waiver field of the contract.
Road Tax: This is a percentage field, the name can be changed through a parameter. This will charge a percentage of the rental onto the top of the contract.
Rates: This would be the correlating price for the Period Hour.

Details
Bin Location – The location where this item is located
Lookup/Alias – Different variations of what the item can be called. Ex. Boom Lift, Cherry Picker
Header Key – If Serialized item, this will be where the header key is placed
Group – This allows grouping of items to allow exchanging items on contracts
Count Date – Last time this item was counted
Barcode – This field holds the barcode number allowing the use of a barcode gun
Specs Tab - The Specs tab holds the item specifications or any general notes that you want to store with this item. The Specs will be displayed with this item in Item Availability and print out on the Item Tear Sheet for the customer. It is a free format field.
Notes Tab- The Notes tab holds any internal general notes that you want to store with this item. The customer does not see these notes. This is also a section that you would put Item Message, Item Question, and Item Links. It is a free form field.
Print Out Tab: The Print Out tab allows you to enter any instructions or other information that you want to print out on the contract for the customer.
Rental Item Record
Period Hours: This is the time frame allotted for rental (4 hours, 24 hours, etc)
Sale Item Record
Disc Qty - This will be the qty listed on the contract using a set price. If the qty is lower than the qty entered in this field, then the price will default to the selling price listed.
