Income Tab

The Income Tab will list the Month-To-Date, Year-To-Date, and Life-To-Date figures for income, times out, and hours out. Also, the repair costs for Month-To-Date and Life-To-Date will be listed. If this is a sold asset, the sold amount and date sold will be shown as well.

Income GL Account: This allows you to breakdown the Category income by assigning a GL account number to the item record. First, assign the GL account at the Category Level, then assign it to the item record.

ex. GL Account number 4000, Category GL Number 4000.10, Item level GL number 4000.10

Commission Level: This allows you to assign different commission levels to the item record.
