Item Prep Report
The Item Prep Report produces a report of all the items on reservation contracts. This report is used to determine all the items on reservations that need to be moved into the prep area. You can select whether items on delivery, non-delivery, or both contracts will be reported.
You will see the following menu:
Beginning Date – This is the beginning date of the report.
Ending Date – This is the ending date of the report.
Change – This button allows you to change the beginning and ending date of the report.
Grouping – The report can be grouped by Item Category, Item Location, or User Defined1 field. You would select the grouping that you have separated your items into. Each different group will print on its on-page to distribute to the appropriate department at your store. For example, if you have put in the item’s Location field the area the item is located, then you should group by Location. If you have used the User Defined 1 field for the item department, you should group it by User Defined 1. Note: You can define what the User Defined 1 field is under Parameters.
Sort Order – The report can be sorted by Delivery Confirmed, Delivery Truck, by Store, or Delivery Zipcode.
