 Print a single maintenance record as a Repair Order PDF:
You can print or download a single maintenance record as a professional Repair Order PDF directly from the maintenance detail view. The new reusable Document Print page lets you preview the document and choose Print, Download PDF, or Send. The PDF includes all available fields and notes—header, equipment details, classification/billing, Complaint/Cause/Correction, additional details, cost summary, and a signature line—with attachments and event history added when available.

Print full maintenance history (summary or full detail) for an asset:
Print the full maintenance history for a serialized asset from Fleet Stock, the Item Instance edit modal, or the Item Instance grid. Choose Summary (timeline) or Full Detail: Summary shows date, key metadata, work performed, and totals; Full Detail reuses the repair order layout for each record, prints the equipment section once, and paginates cleanly without per-record attachments or event logs. Output renders on the Generic Document Print page with options to preview, Print, Download PDF, or Send.

Edit Closed Maintenance Record:
Admin users may now unlock and edit maintenance records. This allows correcting errors, such as incorrect parts and labor. Requires Role ROLE_EDIT_COMPLETED_MAINTENANCE

Link replacement assets to sold/lost/sellable assets with role-gated editing: You can link newly created stock to the specific Sold, Lost, or Sellable asset it replaces using a same-store, one-to-one "Replaces" typeahead on Item Instance and Fleet Stock. The reverse "Replaced By" is visible, bulk upload supports the link, and a new Replacement Stock report offers location, date range, and status filters. Editing is restricted to admins by default. all users can view the links.
