AI Powered Report Search
Looking for a report? Ask based on what you are trying to answer or learn, and receive back AI-powered report recommendations.

Enhanced Reporting
Large reports will no longer time out. You can now work on other things while a large report runs in the background. You can view recently run reports on the main Reports page.

Enhanced Scheduled Inventory Reports
Multistore Serialized Inventory Item Reports now include "Sale Barcode" and "Product Barcode" columns, running smoothly across all stores without timing out.

Lead Time Availability Delay
You can now set a lead time availability delay to block availability for an item before the reservation to allow for prep time, delivery, etc. You can now apply unique delays both before and after a rental. Inventory > Item Configuration

Improved Inventory Availability Accuracy
Resolved an issue where items could be reserved through the storefront even when already booked, ensuring accurate real-time inventory availability.

Mandatory Meter Readings for Equipment Maintenance
Implemented a new requirement for technicians to enter a valid meter reading when a maintenance item is returned to service, improving data accuracy for maintenance scheduling and operational reports. Warnings are provided for readings less than the previous or unexpectedly larger than the previous. This is configurable in Configuration > Company Configuration > Printing Options

Clearer Overbooking Warnings
A distinct orange soft warning now appears when a transaction has an assigned serial but insufficient general availability for that item, providing a clearer understanding of inventory levels. These contracts previously did not show as overbooked. This is configurable.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience, we have identified necessary structural changes to the Storefront HTML that include a high chance of impacting Custom CSS layouts. If you have Custom CSS, please follow the steps below to make sure you are not impacted.

• Please check your storefront to confirm there are no conflicts with your custom CSS.
