Workbench: Reliable Search for Closed Contracts and Disabled Customers

Closed contracts and disabled customers can now be reliably searched and opened in Workbench using 'Show All.' Results no longer disappear, and the fix stabilizes extended search across Workbench and customer lists.

Manage Columns on Reports without Rerunning

You can now adjust and save column views on reports without rerunning them. Your column selection persists, eliminating the need to re-run the report to apply 'Manage Columns.'

Reports: Customer Search Field

Customer selection in reports now uses a text field instead of a dropdown, improving performance with large customer lists. You can narrow results by entering a name, company, email, or ID; leave blank for an unfiltered report.

If the customer search criteria yields multiple customer matches, a warning is given.

Large Reports Auto-Download as CSV

Reports exceeding 3,000 rows now auto-switch to a CSV download, preventing browser timeouts and slowdowns. A status message and notification are provided when the file is ready. Smaller reports continue to display in-app.

Rate Sheets Sort by Duration

Rates now sort by duration in ascending order (shortest to longest) for easier pricing scanning and comparison. This works with existing rate structures.

uInnovate - Contract: Contact Person Update

You can now update the contact person on a contract without changing the associated customer. The contact person is automatically cleared if the customer is changed to prevent mismatches. Copied contracts will not carry over a contact.
