Updating large quantities of stock? 

​You asked for it! We’ve added the ability to export stock data. This allows you to export serialized stock data across one or more stores, edit it as a CSV, and then re-import. This makes it easy to manage large quantities of stock. Go to Configuration -> Data Importer/Exporter to see this feature in action.

We've added the ability to search the Transaction List Report (for single and multi-store versions) using a customer's exact email address. This means you can now pinpoint specific transactions with laser precision, making it a breeze to track rental history.

Items Not Quite Ready to Go Out? Add the Needed Lead Time 

Give yourself a little time to prep an item for the next contract. You can now set a lead time availability delay - before and/or after a rental - on any item to give yourself time to service it before it goes out on the next contract. Set this by going to Inventory > Item Configuration.

Smarter Stock Transfers: Location and Bin Included

​Say goodbye to 'broken data' woes! When transferring serialized stock, you can now specify the exact Location and Bin for the item in its new home, right within the transfer dialog. This ensures your inventory data stays organized and accurate.

Clearer Customer Switching on Contracts

​We have updated the Transaction Overview page to make switching customers on a contract more intuitive. The 'Search' button has been relabelled to 'Change Customer' to reflect its purpose better and reduce user error when reassigning contracts.

Mandatory Meter Readings for Equipment Maintenance

​Maintain accurate maintenance schedules and operational reports by updating the meter reading when your techs return an item to service after a session in the maintenance bay. We’ll even flag the reading for you if it’s less than (or surprisingly larger than) the previous reading. Configure it in Configuration > Company Configuration > Printing Options.
