AI Availability Analyzer in Essentials
What it does
The AI Availability Analyzer lets you ask plain-language questions about an item's availability and get an instant, AI-generated answer — without reading through the raw availability data yourself. Ask about booking conflicts, open availability windows, or demand patterns, and it interprets the data for you.
How to use it
- Go to Inventory and open an item.
- In the Availability section, click Show Analyzer. This opens the Availability Analysis screen.
- Click Toggle AI (the ✨ magic-wand button) to open the AI panel.
- Type your question in the AI User Prompt box — for example, ask about conflicts, availability windows, or demand.
- Keep asking follow-up questions to dig deeper into the data.
