Transfer Tool V32 & Above Upgrade Guide
| ⚠️ Your Syrinx Version must be 4.43 or higher to ensure compatibility with Transfer Tool V32. |
Step 1
Uninstall your existing Transfer tool via Control Panel.
Step 2
Once uninstalled, go to the Syrinx Download site and download the Syrinx 365 App Installer from the Syrinx 365 folder.

Step 3
Run the installer as Administrator by right-clicking and selecting Run as Administrator.
Step 4
Tick Account Transfer and Select Version 5.7.6, then Press Install.
Step 5
Select Sage V32 from the list and Press Install.
Step 6
| ⚠️ This step is applicable only to users on Syrinx v4 versions 4.42.6 and earlier. If you are using a newer version, please skip to the next step. |
Once the Transfer Tool is installed, apply the two patches provided by the Helpdesk within Syrinx Configuration.
Step 6A
Open Syrinx Configuration > Administration > Apply Server Patch > Click Folder Icon > Select 1st Patch and press Open.
Step 6B
Press OK and select Yes to run the patch. Then, press OK again to apply the patch. Repeat the same steps to apply the second patch supplied.
Step 7
Once both patches have been applied, open the Open Transfer tool and press Run to process the Transfer.
