BI CVW Income Item – Overview

Purpose:

This view provides a detailed breakdown of income by individual items, including financials, quantities, and classifications. It is useful for understanding which items generate revenue, incur costs, or require maintenance. This data comes from tables that are only updated at EOM.

What’s Included:

• Item Info:
  • Item key, name, type, category, department, division, and super-category.
  • Home store and current store location.
  • Header number for grouping related items.
    
    

• Financial Data:
  Income generated by the item.

  • Repairs and depreciation costs.

  • Cost of goods sold and purchase price.

  • Subrental costs and damage waiver revenue.

  • Item-specific percentages (ItemPercent).
    
    

• Activity Metrics:
  

  • Quantity rented or sold (Quantity).

  • Number of transactions or times the item was used (Times).

  • Date associated with the income record.
