BI CVW Transaction Items – Overview

                         

Purpose:

This view provides a detailed record of all items associated with contracts, including rental, sales, and subrental transactions. It is designed to give a complete picture of each item’s usage, pricing, and status on a per-contract basis. It is based on Transactions and TransactionItems

                                                                    

What’s Included:

  • Contract & Item Info:

    • Contract No: Identifier for the transaction/contract.

    • ItemNum: Unique item number.

    • Qty: Quantity of the item in the contract.

    • Line Number / Internal Line No: Identifiers for each line item within the contract.

  • Dates & Times:

    • Due Date / Due Time: When the item is expected to be returned or delivered.

    • Confirmed Date: When the line item was confirmed.

    • Meter Out / Meter In: Recorded meter readings for usage tracking.

    • Monthly Rate Date: Date used for calculating monthly rates.

    • User Override Availability Begin/End: Custom availability periods set by users.

  • Financial Info:

    • Price / Discount Amount / Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Minimum Amounts: Various pricing details.

    • Damage Waiver / Item Percentage / Non-taxable / Non-discount: Financial adjustments applied to the item.

    • Retail Price: Standard retail value for the item.

    • Tax Amount: Tax applied to the line item.

  • Operational Info:

    • Line Status (TXTY): Status of the line (e.g., rented, returned, subrental).

    • Subrent Quantity / SubStatus: Details for items on subrental.

    • Contract Link / TransRelated: Links to related transactions or historical data.

    • Special Rate Type / Rate Engine ID / Base Rate: Rate calculation identifiers.

    • Logistics IN / OUT: Operational logistics tracking.

    • Downtime Hours (RainHours): Hours when the item was unavailable.

    • Comments / Letter Sent / Last Modified: Administrative notes and tracking information.
