Contract Fulfillment Labels

Overview
 

This article will discuss printing contract fulfillment labels. When scanning items into specific locations, you can simultaneously print labels. For example, if you are scanning items into the location ‘Ready to Rent,’ you could print labels to put on the wrapped bundles or cases for easy identification.

Contract Fulfillment Labels
 

1. Select the red Locations tab. 

A label will print for each scan while the Labels box is checked. Uncheck it to disable this feature.
 

Key - Contract Fulfillment
 

Status - Where the item will be located when manually scanned. (i.e. clean, dirty, out of store, etc.)

Manual Scan - The manual scan is being used by the RFID tag.
 

Note: The location status can be created under Configurations Gear > Core Options > App Configurations > Item Configurations > Item Location Status.

Printer - You can choose where your labels will be printed from.

Label - You can choose the label format type, determining how the labels will look

 - This allows you to start a RFID scan.

 - This allows you to see and set RFID settings.

Exit - Will take you from Contract Fulfillment back to the home dashboard/menu.
