Customer Configuration - Epicor

Overview
 

Account customers, Ace Rewards customers, and Total Rewards customers are linked between Point of Rental and Point of Sale using the Epicor SKU. The Epicor SKU of the Epicor Account customer must be present in the Epicor Key field on the Account tab of the Point of Rental Customer File. Non-taxable customers must be designated so in the Epicor Point of Sale and within the Point of Rental Customer File on the Pricing tab. Customers who require a Purchase Order within the Epicor Point of Sale must be designated as such in the Point of Rental Customer File on the Account tab.

Here's how to get there
Expert: Program Menu > Counter System > Customer Dashboard
Elite: Left Menu > Tools > Customer Dashboard

 

1. Search for your desired customer.

2. Select Tools.

3. Select View Customer Record.

4. Select the Account tab.

5. You will find the Epicor Key in the Other Info field.
