Dispatch Parameters | Dispatcher Notifications

This feature lets your dispatcher receive notifications based on the driver’s arrival or departure. For example, your dispatcher can be notified when a driver arrives late. 

Send SMS Text Messages - Elite Only. Available for versions 2025.03 and above. Twilio users can check this box to send these messages via SMS text.

Send Late Arrival/Departure: Check the appropriate box to enable and write the dispatch notification message. You can add special fields to your notification by right-clicking the message window and selecting a special field to be incorporated into your message. These special fields will pull information based on the driver’s arrival or departure. 

For example if you select Contract Number, when the special field is added, the customer contract number will appear when receiving the notification.
