Overdue Items Warning for New Rentals:
We've added a helpful heads-up! If a customer with overdue items tries to start a new rental or send out a reservation, the counter person will be warned in the same message that warns that the customer owes money on closed contracts. This lets you address any outstanding issues before more equipment heads out the door. For more information, see our articles New Contract and Send Out Reservation.

Get Your Serialized Units Ready for bidadoo Sale:
Expert inventory managers dealing with serialized units can now quickly initiate the selling process with bidadoo. A new 'Sell with bidadoo' option on serialized item records pulls relevant item details into a pre-populated form. You can even add extra information before sending. Don't worry, we'll make sure you haven't forgotten key details like Manufacturer or Model before letting you send it off. Once submitted, an Item Edit note confirms the 'Bidadoo Request Submitted', keeping your records tidy.

Record360:  Record360 users can now configure their Point of Rental System to automatically email a csv to Record360 to facilitate the update of their items.  Users are given a choice of using the item key, item number, part number, or serial number and should choose the main identifier they use in Record360.  Once this is selected, an automatic report can be set up to email at the desired interval.  It should be set to email to the email address provided by Record360 to send these csv files to.  Additionally, Record360 can be accessed from the item record.  If a user without a Record360 account tries to access it, they will be taken to a demo URL for more information.

Reverse Kit Report Update:

The reverse kit report  was not producing results when the item in the kit was not a header item.  The report has been corrected to always display the results, regardless of item type.

Updated Support for Servers Running Older Windows OS:

When emailing items like Purchase Orders, Web Requests, etc. some users were experiencing errors. This was fixed by enforcing TLS1.2 on older Windows Servers.

Learn more at uLearn:

uLearn is our new knowledge sharing platform.  Not only can users search for documentation and release notes, they can also find helpful videos or enroll in education courses.  uLearn also has enhanced AI searching and results to help you find what you are looking for as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shift from NetHelp to uLearn:

With the roll out of uLearn, we have deprecated our older NetHelp platform.  *In the distance, the sound of ‘Taps’ being played*

After End of Day is Completed, Update Remote Stores to Match Store 1's EOM Status:

Sometimes, there are issues at the end of month and some stores do not close on the day marked for end of month.  This results in the store not being marked in the database as having completed EOM.  Now there is a process that will go and update these stores as having completed their end of month  based on store one as long as they close in the same batch.

Delivery/Pickup Assignment Window not listing Quick L-tickets:

Quick Logistics Tickets were not being displayed in the screen that lists the deliveries/pickups for a certain day when those details are being scheduled on a contract.  This made it confusing when the total number of tickets at the bottom of that screen were displayed.  The quick logistics tickets are now being shown.

Sales Adjustment Option in the Rental Rate Adjustment Tool:

Expert users with Database Management have had access to a rental rate adjustment tool to quickly updated many items at one time.  That has now expanded to include sales items.  From the top left of that screen simply choose rental or sales adjustment and then update your items based on either manually edits to by using the blanket adjustment tools at the top.
