How to Properly Log Out of Point of Rental (Elite Cloud Users)
Logging out of Point of Rental correctly ensures your session fully closes and prevents login issues such as a black screen on your next login.
Step 1: Log Out from Your User Menu

Locate your username in the top-right corner of the screen.

Click your username.

Select Log Out from the menu.
Important: This step alone does not fully sign you out of Point of Rental.
Step 2: Open All Resources
After clicking Log Out, you will be taken to the Point of Rental login screen. Click All Resources in the top-left corner.
Step 3: Fully Sign Out Using the Lock Icon
Locate the lock icon labeled Logoff and click it to completely sign out.
Why This Matters
If Point of Rental is not fully logged out, your session may remain active and cause login issues. Completing all steps ensures a smooth login experience and prevents unnecessary assistance.
