Under the Maintenance tab select Inspection History at the bottom of that list.
Inspection History & Inspection Detail Report
Inspection History
Inspection History gives you a list of all the inspection jobs that have been created on the item. It also gives you details about the job, if it was completed, who it was assigned to, and the dates. If you double click on the job it will give you a printable report for that job.
You have the ability to pull up reporting by double-clicking the line.
Inspection Detail Report
Inspection Detail Report gives you the ability to print out all the inspection jobs for a given date range.
1. Enter your date range.
2. Click Generate.
You will be shown all the inspections for that date range.
Your report will look like the following depending on what parameters you chose:
