Item Availability Quotes

Allows to create a quick quote from within Item Availability without creating a quoted contract.

From here you can view, print, or create a quoted contract. If the customer decides they would like to move forward with the quote, simply select the Create Quote button.

Create Quote

1. Select the create quote button,

2. Enter the quote valid through date.

3. Enter the quoted time

Note: The quote contract will be displayed

4. Enter the quantity

Note: Once the quantity has been entered, finish the contract as normal.
