Override Reports

Unless the ownership of a rental store is at the counter all the time, there is an opportunity for counter employees to give away revenue either to their brother-in-law or ultimately in their pockets.  It is highly recommended that store management run each of the following “Override Reports” weekly and research why the overrides were made.
