Rack Quantities Setup

Allows you to send out the correct number of racks needed for either dishes or glassware. The appropriate number of racks will be displayed under the item.

First, set up racks in your inventory as items (if you have not done so already), and they will need an accurate qty for each item. You may also want to make the rack items ‘No Print’ on the Contract so that they do not show on the Order emailed to your customer. You will need to do this for every item that uses a rack of different sizes, quantities, etc...

Ex. Adding a 10 oz Hi Ball Glasses rack into inventory.   Under the options tab, enter 1 in the case qty, this will calculate the number of racks need per qty of glasses entered on the contract.

The rack is attached to the glas10hiball glass rental as a package item and make the quantity a percentage to automatically populate the racks needed for glasses.  In the example, the quantity is .04 on the racks because there are 25 glasses per rack.  This percentage is found by dividing the number of glasses into 1.

By default, the Items will round up to ensure its a full case. 

Now the rack will automatically attach with the correct number of racks for the quantity of glasses ordered.
