This video will go over how a Quote Analysis Report can assist managers in seeing the overall status of quote contracts.
Why is this important?
Since no actual dollars are associated with a quoted contract, It's a useful tool a manager can use to see the percentage of quotes their sales team has created and converted into income-based contracts, (such as Reservation contracts). When selecting the Quote Analysis Report managers will be able to choose different groups to display the information to include ( All Quotes, Voided Quotes, Expired Quotes, and Converted Quotes).
